From interacting and networking with colleagues to understanding teaching standards, CTL provides assistance and support to new faculty members. New members will attend a comprehensive induction programme and work closely with their assigned faculty mentors.

The centre provides individual consultations to new faculty, arranges training sessions on technology tools (AMS, MS Teams, Turnitin, etc.), facilitates visits to lessons of leading faculty members, conducts one-on-one sessions to explore new learning objectives and available tools to achieve their teaching goals, and helps new faculty prepare for their first lesson.
